We hope you love your purchase from Cardio Fitness Cards, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for most items purchased online within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
- In an unused and resalable condition
- Returned in its original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by transit.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at info@cardiofitnesscards.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will then reply with the Return Address for you to send the item back to.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- If the return is not approved (e.g., used items), we will notify you and may offer to return the item back to you at your cost.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement and cover return shipping where necessary.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
